The Ocular Surface Society of Optometry (OSSO) is an independent, non-profit organization composed of optometrists, industry leaders, scientists, and other health care professionals committed to the advancement of care for ocular surface disease through programs of education, research, advocacy, and practice support.

Through our programs and services, OSSO seeks to be optometry’s primary information source about current trends and scientific advances within the field of ocular surface disease. We are focused on encouraging and promoting excellence in the medical care of ocular surface disease by enhancing professional knowledge and growth and through dissemination of cutting edge information to its members.
